MTV VMA 2011; Black Lace Parade

The 2011 MTV VMAs gave another chance for a number of singers and celebrities to step out on the black carpet in style. The stage is all about white, but black shades dominated the fashion. It’s time for Little Black Lace Dress, ladies!


Selena Gomez, Katie Holmes, and Rebecca Black

Selena Gomez arrived early hosting the preshow and was dressed in gothic-style lace half-gown by Julien McDonald. She showed off some leg at front but hide some in long overlay at the back. Accessorized with gold heels and clutch, Selena was totally adorable.

Katie Holmes brought glamour out to the low level. Her dress is a cute mini with patterned-lace look overlay and a thick waist band. Her lace-up booties are the complete opposite match, making a little casual look for the event.

“Friday” singer Rebecca Black chose to stay young and pick a teenager look by dressing up in an Olivia lace outfit with a Theory suit; black satin blazer and hotpants. Her Louboutin lace overlay heels matched her top.

Adele

On stage, Adele looked absolutely gorgeous when performing “Someone Like You”. The singer wore a Barbara Tfank scalloped lace dress in her signature color of black and style of old fashioned.
